  • Join us on the beautiful Jackson's Bay, Barry Island for an Island SUP Kick Back session. We will paddle practising our SUP skills then come together to combine traditional Hatha Yoga with paddle boarding.
  • Stretch, relax and strengthen while clearing, refreshing and repairing.
  • All equipment provided. Individuals must have completed 'Introduction to SUP' or have similar experience.
