Sunday 17th March Island SUP will hit either Barry Community Water Activity Centre or Jackson's Bay (weather permitting) to clock up some K’s in preparation for planned events such as Head of the Dart and the Cardiff GB SUP race and challenge. Everyone is welcome, we will paddle in small ability groups focusing upon stroke technique, pacing and drafting. Buoyancy aids must be worn at the BCWAC.
