An Island SUP Club adventure on the river Wye. A free event for club members. A £15 donation to Island SUP Club for non-members who wish to attend. Hire kit available. Please email us to organise. We will meet and drop off kit (boards/ individuals etc) at Kerne Bridge, Canoe Launch, HR9 5QT then park most vehicles at Symonds Yat East, Wyedean Canoe & Adventure Centre, HR9 6JL. We will then use several vehicles to transport everyone to the start at Kerne Bridge. Our paddle will be approximately 7 miles (2/3 hours) downstream back to Symonds Yat East for a late lunch. (This is an Island SUP club adventure, paddlers paddle at their own risk with support from Island SUP. Appropriate clothing must be worn, please consider the weather conditions on the day. We would recommend carrying and leaving a spare set of clothing at Symonds Yat. Please bring drinks/ snacks for the journey. A leash (preferably waist), buoyancy aid and footwear is mandatory.)
