'Vitamin Sea' Film Night at Penarth Pier Pavilion. Raising funds for the Marine Conservation Society and 'The Vitamin Sea Project'. 'Vitamin Sea' documents Cal Major's world record stand up paddle boarding expedition from Land’s End to John O’Groats, the whole length of the UK, in 2018. The film focuses on community action around plastic pollution, the need to reconnect to nature in order to drive a desire to protect it, and the importance of time in nature for mental health. After the screening everyone is welcome to join us for refreshments (Location yet to be decided) and to discuss Cal's incredible achievement and how we can continue her great work here locally in South Wales.
