A bespoke Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) session for adults and youth. If you are looking to try SUP for the first time or improve or practise your SUP safety skills this session is for you. In the comfort and warmth of the pool we will explore safety skills including self rescue techniques (getting back on the board). Small intimate groups for an enriched experience. 1 INSTRUCTOR with 5 PARTICIPANTS. All equipment is provided: SUP board, paddle and PFD . You will need to bring your swim wear plus shorts, t-shirt/ gym wear and a towel. Kerry Baker lead instructor will meet you at Hebron Hall swimming pool at 19.00 to discuss and prepare for the session.
