A 2 hour bespoke Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) introductory session for adults and youth hosted from Barry Yacht Club. Small intimate groups for an enriched experience. All equipment is provided: SUP board, leash, paddle, wetsuit (boots if required) and PFD. SUP is a highly accessible, fun and social way to enjoy the sea or inland waters. Almost anyone can do it, whatever your age, skill or fitness level. Within just a couple of hours, you will have mastered the basics. All funds raised during this session will be donated Ysgol y Deri.
