Island SUP Kick Back (SUP YOGA) for body and mind with qualified Yoga Teacher Ceri Maynard. Sessions are 1 hour and 30 minutes. Small intimate groups: 1 instructor 6 individuals. Body: stretch, relax, strengthen. Mind: clear, refresh, repair. Join us on the beautiful Jackson's Bay, Barry Island for an Island SUP Kick Back session. We will paddle, practising our SUP skills then come together to combine traditional Hatha Yoga and paddle boarding: stretch, relax and strengthen while clearing, refreshing and repairing. All equipment is provided. (Booking option: with or without hire kit.) Individuals must have completed 'Introduction to SUP' or have similar experience. Ceri will meet you at Jackson's Bay outside the Barry Yacht club at 18.00. If you are not a member of the Barry Yacht Club please park on Redbrink Crescent and walk down to the beach.
